Senior Director, Entrepreneurial Education Programs
Dave brings his expertise and passion for entrepreneurship education and leadership to the Anzisha team and its beneficiaries. His extensive skills and experience makes Dave a perfect fit for the Anzisha Prize.
Managing Editor, Youth & Investors
Didi is a cultural hybrid that is passionate about producing and designing stories that push readers to go beyond the page fold. She has a particular passion for our African stories and is sure to give each story the star treatment it deserves. As an assiduous multi-platform journalist, she is well versed in print, online, radio, and digital communications.
Special Projects Editor
Lynn Brown is a content marketer that focuses on brand storytelling through digital platforms. Skilled in a background of web development, search engine optimization and content production, Lynn is excited to utilize over 10 years’ experience in digital marketing to help grow the ecosystems that support Africa’s very young entrepreneurs to ensure their success.
Special Projects / Chief of Staff
Ahmed is a project management professional with an infinite passion for entrepreneurship. He believes his calling in life is to support young entrepreneurs through cultivating the adequate environments and ecosystems. He has a special focus on people & culture, with aspirations to get a degree in psychology and work with entrepreneurs and SMEs to elevate the overall business culture. Ahmed aims to support the Anzisha Prize team, Fellows, and partners through his work as chief of staff.
Growth and Campaigns Manager
Suzan is a digital marketer, and a social media and community manager. She is both excited and committed to sharing the powerful stories and businesses of the Very Young Entrepreneurs and showing the world why Africa is the best continent. She has 10 years of experience in the broadcast television industry as a producer and writer.
Videographer
Mfundo is a cinematographer and photographer who captures moments we can never relive. He brings along his extensive technical know-how to capture these moments and ensure they are being seen and communicated in the light they deserve. Capturing authentically African stories is his superpower.
Communities and partnership Associate
Ramah aims to expand the stakeholder communities of parents and educators around the Anzisha Prize. She completed her double degree in Sociology and Feminist and Gender Studies at Colorado College. She is driven by making social change and telling compelling stories about social issues.

HEAD coach
Nkrumah offers coaching support to the Anzisha fellows, specifically those participating in the Youth Entrepreneurs Fund (YEF). He is a well-seasoned coach and an expert in entrepreneurship and leadership development. He is driven by the conviction that Africa’s future is now, and it is contained and propelled forth by the essence of Her young people. Through them, Africa is emerging to become economically robust as they together pose problems and creatively bring forth not just economic enterprises but living organizations that are solving current and future problems on the continent and even globally. Nkrumah has over 12 years of experience in the financial services sector as well as 10 years in the information technology industry, both as a web developer and SME business consultant.
Sheila Cizige
Venture Partner - Finance Specialist
Sheila, born and raised in DR Congo, is a Finance professional passionate about wealth creation and sustainable economic and social development, encouraging entrepreneurship as a route to wealth creation. She holds an Msc in Professional Accountancy (University of London) and is an ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) member with years ‘experience in contributing to the Finance, Administrative and Operation functions of multiple organizations across Africa. Sheila enjoys good food, music, and walking.

Natalie’s personal mission is to become a catalyst in a revolution that changes how businesses evolve with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and success. Having studied Law and obtained various certifications, she has worked in the legal, investment banking, and entrepreneur support fields throughout her career allowing her to successfully work and execute projects of varying complexities.
Lemekeza Kavayi
Venture Partner - Coaching Specialist
Lemekeza (Keza) is passionate about seeing the transformation of the African continent through the intentional investment in young people. Her areas of expertise include entrepreneurial leadership development and entrepreneurship education. She is particularly passionate about coaching and has used the skill to help young people realize their full potential. Keza brings over ten years of experience in the entrepreneurship leadership field and her hope is to have a fully transformed Africa one day.
Russell Jullius
Venture Partner
Russell has been an entrepreneur and venture builder for over a decade, having launched and built ventures across five sectors including non-banking financial services, eCommerce, manufacturing, business services and renewable energy. During this time, Russell regularly coached young and first-time founders. Following his tenure as an Operator, he began to partner with Venture Capital firms as a Venture Partner working on deal flow, portfolio company partnerships and exits, fund raising and more. Russell is passionate about Africa and brings this a depth of tactical and strategic experience to the Anzisha team to contribute to driving the organisational mission forward.
