Thobiwa is the founder of Work Jump-Up Sudan, an inspirational organisation that empowers University students by linking them to much needed job opportunities.
Their primary objective is to search for potential employers and convince them to offer students part-time jobs. This business is responding to a relevant need in the community, because it has created ways for young Sudanese University students gain access to part-time job opportunities. The business currently has a network of 11 000 students and 40 companies.
Thowiba has two co-founders, one in PR (18), and the other is the CFO (20). They employ 4 social media managers and 3 job management specialists. She conducts the interviews for the company then selects the best candidate for the job and gets a percentage of the monthly salary.
