At at just 20, Maemu Thiofhi Lambani has managed to defy all and start her own digital marketing agency. Her company, Fearless Trendz is a digital marketing agency whose aim is to transform local growing businesses into global brands.

Fearless Trendz develops, creates and implements social media marketing strategies for businesses in and around the province. This entails making sure:

  • That content calendars are ready each month,
  • Clients understand what is happening in terms of insights (whether or not we have reached the monthly goals we had set, whether or not the online marketing efforts are impacting the sales),
  • That clients are happy, monthly social media goals are reached and sales are increasing,
  • Admin work has been done (finances, tax, petty cash books and invoices.)

“Fearless Trendz is more than just a Digital Marketing Agency whose primary goal is to make maximum profit, it is my way of giving back to the community by giving our local brands the platform they need to compete with national & international brands”. Also, in a country with so many unemployed people it is each and everyone’s responsibility to help create employment. Says Lambani.
