Transition into Entrepreneurship

Chiamaka’s transition into entrepreneurship was fueled by her desire to pursue her passion and create something meaningful, creative, and innovative. She enjoys being her own boss, making her own decisions, and working on projects that empower women and challenge societal norms. The idea of taking control of her destiny and pursuing her own vision is empowering for her. As an entrepreneur, Chiamaka finds joy in being innovative, thinking outside the box, and constantly challenging herself. She sees entrepreneurship as an opportunity for growth, success, and making a positive impact on the world.

Business Profile Jully Consult Ventures is a social enterprise dedicated to addressing menstrual hygiene and employability challenges faced by low-income women and girls in Nigeria. The business collects and transforms waste materials like fabrics and paper into reusable sanitary pads and bags, which are then distributed to women and girls in rural and urban communities. In addition to providing essential products, Jully Consult offers education on menstrual health and hygiene and provides training and employment opportunities for women seeking to acquire new skills and earn an income.
